Where is the 2001 OBCR of 42ND STREET?

I’ve got a sentimental connection to the revival cast album and find it so sad that it’s not streaming anywhere. Someone uploaded it to YouTube, but was wondering why exactly / if we’ll ever see it on any streaming services?

A quick search revealed that it was released by a now-defunct recording company that was a byproduct of QVC (?!?) so licensing rights are tricky, but was curious if anyone has any other intel.
