This does not necessarily mean they're Broadway-aware, but I laughed all the same. Manhattan Mini Storage always has witty ads posted all over the city.

Close to my office there are 2 storage facilities. I'll have to grab a picture next time I go by. They are called "West Side Storage" and "The Best Little Storehouse In Clay".

I was on the subway. Saw a woman sitting on a newspaper. Asked her if she was reading it. She said yes, then stood up, flipped it to the next page and sat down again. She looked a lot like Alice Ripley.
