Neil Patrick Harris as Glinda. Chris Cofer as Elphaba - I know he'll hit the note most of time.
Nathan Lane as Elphaba; Matthew Broderick as Glinda.
Did someone already suggest a Brittany Spears/Christina Aguilera pairing?
Vanessa Hudgens, Selina Gomez, Miranda Cosgrove and Demi Lovato in repertory.

Seriously though, I would love to see Kristen Bell play Galinda, since she was simply kick-ass as Mary Lane, when "Reefer" played off-Broadway. Oh, and I think that Mandy Gonzalez would make a wonderful Elphaba, probably one of the best. Then again, I'm biased, since she is my favorite performer on stage.
