True RentBoy86...its like the 3rd National Tour or Non-Union Tour or something of the other. I kinda wanna see Little Women but I'm trying to save my money for the Wicked Tour in Atlanta cause I really wanna see the ONTC....I actually wanna see it twice with the hope of seeing Jenna as Elphaba.

If it was Julia Murney I would go see her. I have her recording of The Wild Party (Lippa) and I think her voice is beautiful.

I don't like to slag anyone, and I wanted to write it off to nerves or whatever (I don't know if it was the first time she went on or not), but she was pretty bad. I thought her singing was passable, her acting mediocore and I thought the show was a mess with her in the role. Perhaps she's improved or I just saw her on an off night, but I really didn't like her. As my friend Joe said as we left, "We paid seventy bucks for that?"

Ok, so am I lost.... Sorry, if it's in the previous postings but I didn't see where anyone said she was leaving anytime soon? I know she's been with it for a while but is there an "offical" date? I'm seeing it in March and hope to see Stephanie...

If Juila Murney is doing Wicked - i'm there! I didn't get tickets to Wicked in Atlanta because I know I'd probably end up seeing Block and I am just not a fan of her voice. Id love to see Jenna as Elphaba, but my chances are slim.

Steph leaves in March, it's been a fact for a while but no offical end date released thus far so I'm really not sure if it's Pittsburgh or Cinncinati. She's definitely not sticking around longer than that.
As far as Julia Murney goes, people are saying that because Maria (who did a fine job when I saw her!)confirmed on her message board that Julia's name was floating around. But yes, NOTHING official yet.

I know I should probably wait until it's confirmed, but even the possibility of Julia as Elphaba is very exciting! I hadn't heard that, I guess I've been out of the loop.

Maria did a fine job when I saw her, but I can see why they'd want a bigger personality to take over the role for the tour. Ms. Eberline was certainly up to the singing aspect of the role (I was really impressed), but acting-wise she does leave something to be desired. She just didn't play it.. er... spunky enough? Awful choice of words, I guess. She was sweeter and seemed to lack the fire that needs to be an aspect of Elphaba's personality.

I know that Wicked is coming back to Toronto in the fall, does that mean that Stephanie will be out by then?
If so, then I will definitely buy tickets to go see Julia Murney.
