Juliana Ashley Hansen is the Millie u/s on tour with Thoroughly Modern Millie and if you call me a girl again...I have asked to NICELY to stop. I am very passionate about my sexuality and I am no where near being a female.
Juliana is a legend in these parts, Daphne. You have NO idea. You ARE new!

Ummm...she really is not a legend around here.

just to clarify, period.
I looked at the email again. And the name was Craig, so I now referred to him as Craig.
It's best said By Mizz Hills sister KHILL: and this is a QUOTE, not an "Attack": "Wow! They really need to get a life!"
and by the way Broadwayguy2 and JeffG, I think that applies to you as well.
Adam Fleming =yes (feel better), John Hill =yes, heck even JeffG =yes--- Natalie Hill= NO....
NO BROADWAY CREDITS..again..thats my point. it's not www.neverbeenonbroadwayworld.com..RIGHT?
Now what about Daphne and her fab Blonde hair, and her new TV AD!? She's a Broadway star!

If you do not like the material on the site...LEAVE! You will not be missed.
Why so edgy? This is what I never understand about these boards. Isn't the whole point to critique and discuss things? Why is the differing opinion the one that always has to "LEAVE!"
Are you one of the 13-year-olds on here? If you are, I apologize and hope you grow up shortly.

Me grow up? I believe I have been very mature in this thread.
Just looked up your profile. Yes, 15-year-olds always think they're acting mature when they're not.

Folks, have I been acting immature in this thread? I believe I was just stating the truth.
Whoever added Natalie Hill's resume, there are a lot of bad additions...
Linda Lenzi, a photographer who works with BroadwayWorld.com (someone who is more comfortable with a camera than a computer) asked me to enter the information on Natalie Hill.
ddtruitt, you seem to know Natalie Hill. I do not know her at all. I’ve corrected the West Side Story information and if there is anything else you see that needs to be corrected, please let me know and I will confirm with Linda.

So Linda asked you to make a bio for her to justify why the photos were somewhat valid? Updated On: 1/25/04 at 06:18 PM

Leave her alone, she's young and sensitive...Maybe she'll leave Ohio, and sing in "Wonderful Town" wink, a future Sherwood sister? she is in Millie now, right? Thats great! Love that show! Darcie is the BEST!
Hey a gal can dream!..would be a great story: Girl from Ohio, leaves Ohio to do Wonderful Town!
Good Luck broadwaytheater11!

Believe what you want but Natalie looks like a hard working, up-an-comer to me. I think that's why Linda asked me to post her Who's Who.

You know, I did a thesis paper on ee cummings, but I can't for the life of me decipher some of DaphneRocks/Bree's posts.
Maybe after a few martinis....

I'm not hiding. I joined awhile ago and not to bash in a single thread. I also joined under my real name and ONCE.
You and DAPHNEROCKS have all these clever domain name ideas. Maybe you should register some of them. Or maybe you have website envy.
Either way, you both are petty and anyone reading this thread will no doubt see right through you, so say what you want. It's quite sad that you have to make an attack on not only a young performer, but also people that are clearly younger than you just to make yourselves feel important.
I sincerely pity you.
Who are these people and where are they all coming from?! I'm gonna join viciouscircle for a martini. oy
Vicious, are you also pre-puberty and unable to read? What have I said that doesn't make sense?
Broadway Star Joined: 12/31/69
My dear, if I were pre-pubescent, I wouldn't have just spent $20 at Duane Reade for a box of Kotexes.
I apologize, in retrospect, it was only the erratic punctuation/grammar (or lack thereof) in Daphne's posts that left me missing her point.
And, for the record, I was able to read a good ten years before I hit puberty.
Well people who generally start off posting in a negative manner generally don't get many friends here. If I ever have advice for anyone is don't use your first post to put up anything that could be percieved as an attack on anyone or anything. First impressions whether we like it or not do carry a lot of weight. While it IS called Broadwayworld.com, I believe it is more along the lines of anything musical or play related can be posted. Rob or Craig correct me if I'm wrong. It is musical related and I don't see where it says "Only people who have been on Broadway are allowed in our pictures." If you have a problem with the way the site is being run pm the people who run it(RobD or Craig). They generally aren't very responsive to people who take negative attitudes about how the site is run within their first posts. They run themselves ragged. I personally like the photos. This is a story that BWW has gotten to first. It won't be the end of the world if someone not on Broadway is featured in the pictures. She is Broadway worthy news in that she is expected to be Broadway bound. Should they not post news about a show that hasn't been on Broadway , but is anticipated to be on Broadway? That is broadway news and so is this. Don't worry be happy! The purpose of this site from what I can tell is to be a different kind of site from other Broadway sites, and I say it a lot, but I love it. I wouldn't have it any other way. Hahah another one of my rambling posts.
(Also one thing about this site is we do not bash people because of their ages, to have said that is suicide. One of the great things about this site is the ability to discuss across many age groups the strengths and weaknesses of shows, actors, etc. It allows us to see certain things that we might have not seen in our own narrow mindsets.) I would also like to request that Daphnerocks remove the comment about BwayTheatre11 only being 15 years old, and the more than dinner theatre comment. While he is fifteen, daphnerocks used it in a derogatory manner to insult his intelligence. It was not "in all respect" as she said. We're peace lovin people here. Well most of us.
Judging from some of the people that attended, it looks like it was a more important event than the cynics out there are bitching about. Seems to be a bit newsworthy to me. I'm happy that a site like this is willing to promote those hard-working up-and-comers because God knows, the press won't. I would like to see more of this kind of attention to those who aren't famous yet, but manage to capture the attention of those who are. Sorry she's not a big enough star for those posters who haven't heard of her, but who cares if you think she's worthy of a photo spread or not? It's not your call to make.
Bravo BroadwayWorld for calling attention to new talent! May we see more in the future!
daphnerocks - "Hey 15 year old girl, she's not. Less than zero, as the other people in the photos."
Don't comment on those you don't know. Many of the other people are on Broadway, but I'm sure they'll be happy to know your meaningless opinion of them.
"This is New York City, not Ohio. We do more than dinner theater. With all respect."
I see no respect in that statement. Theatre in Ohio is important to those in Ohio. No one asked where you live or your opinion of theatre outside of NYC. And there is more than "dinner theatre" in Ohio. If you're going to be so judgemental, please log on to SouthernBaptistRepublicanWorld.com
"Whose Linda? Eder? Lensi? Isn't she a fan?"
"Whose" should be "Who's". That 15 year-old you're bashing has better grammar.
"BUT that Osmond boy can give my playbill a smudge anyday!"
That makes absolutely no sense. Your metaphor is meaningless. What is the advantage of a smudged Playbill? Why is it "smudged" specifically? It's like saying "That lobster can extract my philodendron any day!" Note: any day is two words, not one
I have no problem with the board promoting up and comers.
AND TO THAT END...
How bout a little love for the upcoming production of Betty's Summer Vacation starring someone you have ALL heard of...ME!
I'm very photogenic
y'know what i've always loved about this board? the fact that very seldom do i have to read the kind of elitist condescension that i had to sit through from a certain new member who shall remain nameless (scooby doo). the majority of the posts in this thread have really made me proud of our little community. and i don't just say that as a transplanted ohioan who used to do community theatre, but as an industry professional who's worked on some of the biggest broadway flops of the last 10 years. it always amazes me to see how this community can close ranks behind one of its own or behind the site itself. and lest any of you think they're too closed minded, they don't even kick me out for wearing my bush/cheney '04 button. but i seem to have to pay 2 to 3 times as much for drinks...

Hey Mister Matt, no need to worry. You can't smudge my playbill, but the Osmond boy can. I guess you just don't "get" that kindof offers. It was meant in a Sophie Tucker/Mae West kindof way.
BUT- I am sure you got the references in URINETOWN. Please disect this email as well. That was fun.
All my love and respect....for all ages. You'll always be famous or unfamous--you choose-- in my book
