Man...I'd love to be at this on opening night. Just think of how many big names are going to come out and see Julia in her Broadway debut. I'd pay the $500 for my ticket and airfare in a heartbeat just to see George Clooney in person. (I mean...let alone seeing Julia perform...)

I'm well aware this has probably been asked before but is there student rush?
"We don't value the lily less for not being made of flint and built to last. Life's bounty is in it's flow, later is too late. Where is the song when it's been sung, the dance when it's been danced? It's only we humans who want to own the future too."

I agree with your statements. I didn't hear him call her Julia but now that you mention it I think I heard it but it didn't register coz I was hearing the plastic apple bounce. I think if you do standing room only keep your eyes peeled for empty seats. The guy that got the front row center was there for the whole show. To be honest I'm more of a musicals person (singer) so straight plays sometimes get lost on me. I just found it didn't jibe when they described her as being older and kind of an old maid. Julia has the best smile and the best eyes and uses them both in character well. So could you tell that Bradley's fly was open when he first came in? I love little things like that which make it real. The stage door was a mob when I got out. It's gonna be madness as 3 theatres use that for an exit. Anyone know if Julia signed? I love this town.
I didn't catch Bradley's fly when he walked in. This was during his first monologue, right? Usually I would be looking down there but I was looking at his face tonight. lol
I agree. He is a very handsome and charistmatic man. The reason I noticed it was because I was looking up at him. And I caught a flash of white when he put his hands in his pocket. It was probably half down/up but he made the adjustment very well. I also noticed it because that's always my nervous habit when going onstage, to check my fly. Interesting that both Julia and Paul were very clothed for the bed scene. He wore t shirt and boxers and she wore a full slip. It was a great scene though. She really shone then as the characters were falling in love. NY will fall in love with Julia as well. She's got IT.
if you only knew julia roberts' nudity clause... she doesn't show anything from like, the collarbone down on film, she definitely isn't showing *anything* on stage (not that i've seen the bed scene, because i don't see the show until thursday, so this is just speculation mostly...)
hugh grant complained about it after 'notting hill' (it's on the extras of the dvd, i think)
Regarding standing room, they go on sale when the box office opens and its 2 per person. I think they are $25 each. I would imagine you would have to get there a while before the box office opens.
