I actually said “wow” as I read Julia Louis-Dreyfus’ name. She would be absolutely perfect.

Interesting that Goldberg has never mentioned this on 'The View' for the past month. When Behar was asked to do the tour, she did mention it on the show and gave her affirmative "not interested'. But Goldberg has kept quiet. 

The casting choices / suggestions bring me back 20+ years ago when everyone was trying to figure out who would make a great Norma Desmond to replace Buckley in Sunset Boulevard, and keep the show rolling forever.

Whoopi looked terribly awkward wearing a gown at the Oscar's tonight. I don't think she'd look any better in Dolly's finery.
