From what shes said on the view she wants to be a TONY Narrator not the TONY Host. She said (I looked this up). "I feel like every year its "Here is BLAH" not "this is what the show is about" I want it to be one big Broadway show."

Correct me if I'm wrong didn't Whoopi have say on letting the non-best musical nominees perform. I think she is the one who came up with the idea.

I've liked the commercials I've seen of her walking around NYC wearing a Tonys sandwich board? Have any of you New Yorkers seen her?
