Posted: 12/9/14 at 10:46pmIt's just very flawed logic to say she's not a stage actress because she has more credits on IMDB than on IBDB. I'd go so far as to say that most Broadway actors probably have more IMDB credits than Broadway credits.

Posted: 12/10/14 at 11:56amI think Katharine McPhee would make a better possibility in "Chicago". I don't see her as Velma, but rather a Roxie Hart. As someone else mentioned, Megan Hilty is multi talented, but I don't picture her either as Roxie or Velma. But that's just my opinion.

Sutton Ross, I do believe you are quite wrong. Ms. Hilty is mostly a stage actress who has done television work. Most of her television work is actually voice-over work, which is quite different from actually being in a TV show.
You can believe what ever you want, but in this case you are definitely in the minority with your belief.

Posted: 12/10/14 at 1:09pmIt turns out that theatre legend Joel Grey is also really mostly a film and television actor, he has 68 acting credits on IMdB and only around a dozen or so acting credits on IBdB. This logic really does make it easy to make such determinations, thank goodness it was pointed out to us!
