Is she though?  Besides possibly 3 TALL WOMEN, all of her Broadway shows have been box office flops.

Plays in general are getting harder to produce for investor to make a profit. Revivals of plays are even more difficult. At least with a new play, investors have a chance to recoup their investments from other sources like tours, international productions, and so forth. The problem with revivals is once it's done, it's done. There's usually no second life for them.
