Why so few shows on TKTS tonight?

Just checked the TKTS Live App for tonight and there are like a handful of shows up.. Does anyone have any ideas as to why? I mean standards like Hand to God, Dames at Sea, Sylvia,Spring Awakening, KInky Boots, Something Rotten, etc. aren't up tonight. Anything to do with The Wiz telecast? Did shows cancel performances tonight?

It's nearly 5:00 and I bet many of the shows you listed have 7:00 curtains. So they may be out of their stock of tickets for the night. Correct me if I'm wrong but the booth opens at 3.

What are you talking about? It looks like every show that's usually on there is on there. Every show that you mentioned is on there.And it looks like China Doll's now on TKTS btw.

Thank you neon- Sorry my feed doesn't show those shows. Missed Somthing Rotten but the usuals I listed are not on my feed. I refreshed it but still don't see them. The booth does open at 3pm for evening shows, but they rarely sell out by 5pm- especially Dames at Sea, Hand to God, Sylvia, etc.

Well I'm looking at the TKTS app and you're looking at the website. Maybe there's something up with the website portion.

Right now Hand to God and Sylvia are on but Dames is not. (Weird because I just checked their website and there are tons of seats available.) I know shows sometimes release blocks to TKTS later in the evening but it seems odd to have that many open seats and none on TKTS. Therese Raquin isn't on there either and it usually is. 

 

I was planning to see Sylvia or Dames tonight through TKTS because they're both short. Hopefully one will be on the board when I get there.

I noticed that, too. Only 9 shows listed and the shows that are struggling now aren't available: Dames at Sea, Hand to God, Spring Awakening, etc.

Ok I just checked the link above and it's wrong. I was looking at the app. It has a lot more shows showing as available. 

 

Incidentally there was was something wrong with the board when I was there Tuesday but the app was working. (And I felt bad for this woman because the TKTS employee kept telling her to check the board and wouldn't believe her that there was only one show...  I think it was stuck on the last screen. It was 7:15 and I bought a ticket to SoR which was on the app but not the board. There were several other 8 pm shows still available not appearing on the board.

And I noticed Therese Raquin was on the board but not the app. So weird. Whatever. I'm seeing Sylvia.
