I'm sure a million posts have been put up about this, but could anyone give me any advice for the Wicked lottery? I know when it starts and stuff, but how many people are generally there?
The least there is on any given day is about 200-300. That's probably your general Tuesday through Thursday. Weekends? You're looking at maybe 400-500.
If you win, it's worth it. It's a crapshoot. If you really want to see it, do the lottery. Taking a chance at winning is better than not trying at all.
18 seats are in the front row center, 4 seats are in the front row side (2 on each side of the theater), and 4 seats are in the second row on the side.
I lived in the city this summer for an internship, and tried the wicked lotto probably about 10 times when I had nothing else to do. I won on my last night in the city. Great way to end my stay! :)

I live directly across the street from the Gershwin theatre. The front door to my building faces the Gershwin Stage Door. So, I've had many times to try the lottery and I've never won once. I've probably tried it a dozen times when I have a free evening. Maybe one day I'll win...it's always so crowded. And the Wicked lottery guy is SO intense...
