Yes I noticed this phenomenon when I purchased my ticket for Six. When I went into my Telecharge account to look at past orders the purchase was not listed in my history. Concerned, I called Telecharge and they assured me all was fine. This is a new partnership venture the Shubert organization has with the Nederlanders. They happily re-emailed me my e-ticket and order confirmation upon my request.
I was happy to hear about this partnership for two reasons. First, I would rather always use Telecharge whenever possible because they have real customer service. Secondly, it’s nice to see the two of them work together and keep the Seat Geek type outfits away from Broadway.
