Wicked backstage tour

Has anyone been on the Wicked backstage tour? if so, how good is it (without any spoiler) and can I buy tix for the tour at 10 on the Saturday i plan to take it?

It hasn't started yet. My friend and I were supposed to go, but evertime we called the Gershwin they said they didn't know and it wasn't coming up soon.

I haven't been on the group one but I have been on many personal ones from my friends in the cast. I'm not sure if that's what you mean, though.

It doesn't say anywhere that it is an actual backstage tour. It just says that it's a "behind-the-scenes" thing.

Well, the scenes are on stage aren't they? To get behind them you'd have to go backstage, right?? :o)

i think its more... "behind the scenes" figuratively, not literally. I believe they mentioned something about showing a video and talking with some members of the cast, and showing displays of costumes.

To me it sounded like they a group to a certain room in the theater and show a video, bring some ensemble folk in to chat, and talk about the show. But I could have misinterpreted.

Yeah, but the term "behind-the-scens" automatically conjures up "Backstage tour" so I think it's a safe bet that there will be some type of backstage tour.
