i would just love to see people who can really sing the roles in the parts...i think the show needs singers first as oppose to an actor first like reese...i would rather see a famous singer than a famous actor if it must be a big name

but if we use broadway people why must it be the original cast...i think that they are too old and that the story is already so unrealistic...i think someone like anne though is not too old..mid 20s to late 20s...remember on stage u can take liberties! i think it would be great to use broadway people...up and coming broadway people (so they are young) who have never played the roles on stage...id like to avoid throwing the show on film like the producers and rent...i want the people to recreate...to be coming to it with a fresh pt of view

For film, acting has to be the priority over singing. I don't care how well a person can belt a song if I'm not emotionally involved.

If this happens, I will no doubt cry for about a month, but if they are really set on doing this please use the OBC. Cheno and Id ina are both working their way into the public eye, so it would be a smart choice.
