Looking at the schedule for Wicked from now until next Friday, it looks like there is not a day off. Am I wrong? I also want to know if Lindsay Mendez is planning to be in all of the shows. My daughter wants to see her before she leaves the show and I don't want to end up with tickets when Lindsay isn't appearing. Is there a way to find out? Thanks in advance.
They are dark on the 23rd and have a show on the 17th to take advantage of the holiday.
There is no way to know what show Lindsay will not be appearing in. Odds are any single show day she will perform. Usually she misses a show on a two show day, but its inconsistent of matinee or evening that she misses.
The week after they are dark Sun AND Mon, so they must have gotten permission to vary their schedule. It happens.
Can't answer your question, but most performers do all the performances....of course, you never know when someone just get sick.

We tried for the lottery today in the FREEZING cold. I stupidly assumed there would not be many people out but then 200 showed up, mostly tourists. We didn't win. Usher said they had a 16 show run going! I guess for the winter break and maybe because Lindsay and Alli are leaving? I got tickets for Tuesday night. I sure hope Lindsay and Alli are on that night.

Lindsay was not on Sunday afternoon 2/16. Her understudy was great, but I has seen the show before and went back to see her.
It has nothing to do with anyone leaving. It a holiday and a big school break week (public schools). They have two days off next week to make up for it.

Yes many shows have changed their schedules this week because of the holiday weekend. Both for example Matilda and Kinky Boots had a Sunday night show last night in addition to their regular Sunday matinee (though KB was off this past Wed while Matilda added a 9th show - so Gabby(Matilda) had a three show week instead of the usual two) because it's a holiday for many New Yorkers on Monday.
All shows vary a little bit from each other during the holidays...in order to boost sales on odd days. Although shows usually have an 8 show week, on occasion, they will have 9 shows during a holiday period.
