Guys, is it that big of a deal? Look at all the murders going on! People are dying of illegal pot and crack cocaine! Yell at all of them, and then come back and yell at people for taking pictures at curtain calls of theater productions! Or find something better to do with your life. Sorry but I had to get that out of me.

That's how I feel about it. I'm not injuring anyone, not taking money from anyone and I'm not hurting any of you-or I'm sure any of the actors or people who work on the show. If I was selling the pictures for money it would be a different story.
Technically, any time you go 36 in a 35 MPH zone then you are speeding...should we be ticketed for that too? I don't know one person that doesn't drive 5 mph over the speed limit everywhere they go. But I digress.....
But anyways can we not even worry about it anymore? What's done is done, we all have feeling about something and no one is going to change the others. I didn't hurt you guys, you didn't hurt me...end of story :) No attitude guys! really :)

But since you didn't hurt anyone or take any money from anyone, that means you didn't commit a crime?

You're comparing apples and oranges. A crime is a crime, no matter what.

I didn't say I didn't commit a crime..I said that I'm not hurting anyone so I don't see #1: why it's a crime and #2 why a lot of you feel so strongly about it.

But really...can we stop talking about this...it's old. I don't like arguing.

1) it's a crime because it's theft of intellectual property.

There are hundreds of crimes that don't "hurt" anyone so to speak - but ultimately they do. If you can't understand that, that's one thing - if you don't like it - it's another.

20 We feel strongly about it because we are in the industry.

Why should the thread be killed? It's main purpose was my review of the new chicago cast...it's not my fault it turned into a debate :) well...actually I guess it is ahah.
