If your friend is too scared to call telecharge and speak to them, you will have much larger problems to deal with during the show.

We are going to the show next week.

I'm a professional. Whenever something goes wrong on stage, I know how to handle it so no one ever remembers. I flash my %#$&. "Jayne just sat there while Gina flailed around the stage like an idiot."

Is she scared of giving you the confirmation number so you can do it yourself?

No she is just on vacation and I don't think she really wants to deal with it. I think she thinks it is fine cause she has the credit card. She thinks she doesn't have to call if we have the credit card.

Of all the times I've done will call, I can't recall ever being asked for an ID. I usually just tell them I'm picking up tickets and either give them my last name or the credit card. Of course no guarantee, but I'd imagine you'll be okay.
