Will this be Rebecca's year?

It will play at the Broadhurst on MAMMA MIA's dark day, plus matinees Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Fri.
"The Spectacle has, indeed, an emotional attraction of its own, but, of all the parts, it is the least artistic, and connected least with the art of poetry. For the power of Tragedy, we may be sure, is felt even apart from representation and actors. Besides, the production of spectacular effects depends more on the art of the stage machinist than on that of the poet."

Will this be Rebecca's year?

This. MUST. Happen.
Seeing it on 22 Jan in Budapest, which will have to do, for now.
Why don't you go? Why don't you leave Manderley? He doesn't need you... he's got his memories. He doesn't love you, he wants to be alone again with her. You've nothing to stay for. You've nothing to live for really, have you?

CapnHook, where have you been?
"Noel [Coward] and I were in Paris once. Adjoining rooms, of course. One night, I felt mischievous, so I knocked on Noel's door, and he asked, 'Who is it?' I lowered my voice and said 'Hotel detective. Have you got a gentleman in your room?' He answered, 'Just a minute, I'll ask him.'" (Beatrice Lillie)

Will this be Rebecca's year?

My hunch is that Rebecca is dead. In so many ways.

Will this be Rebecca's year?

I'm interested in knowing what brought on this "strange feeling". Weird.

Will this be Rebecca's year?

To quote the German lyrics for the show,

Sie's fort
Sie's fort jetzt
Kommt nimmer mehr

In other words, it ain't happenin'.

Will this be Rebecca's year?

Nein, man sieht sie nicht
Doch ich spür, sie ist hier und lebt noch
Sie hört uns
Sie sieht uns
Sie ergibt sich nicht.

And she's about to hit Sweden:

Will this be Rebecca's year?

This is also the year the critics do a mea culpa to Frank Wildhorn for all the bad reviews they have given him.

Will this be Rebecca's year?

I really hope this is Rebecca's year. It has great music, from the clips I've heard, and the stage design is crazy. I was dying (no pun intended) to see this show when they had cast Sierra Boggess. Even though she is still not tied to the production, I still hope it makes its way to the Great White Way.

Will this be Rebecca's year?

I REALLY hope it makes it. The music I've heard sounds incredible. For those who love romance and mystery, the story is tops.
Audrey, the Phantom Phanatic, who nonetheless would rather be Jean Valjean, who knew how to make lemonade out of lemons.
