I didn't see this in the recent threads, apologies if I missed it. I just got an email from Disney on Broadway about a presale for their newest offering - Winnie the Pooh: the New Musical. I really wasn't expecting this, based on rumors here I figured their next show would be a Beauty and the Beast revival. I know it's early, and things are still shut down, but has anyone heard anything about this?
From the email: "Featuring the Sherman Brother's classic Grammy winning music with further songs by A.A. Milne, this beautiful, fresh stage adaptation created by renowned family entertainment creator Jonathan Rockefeller is told with stunning life-size puppetry through the eyes of the characters we all know and love, in a new story from the Hundred Acre Wood. Performances begin October 21, 2021 Theatre Row, NYC WinniethePoohShow.com"
It doesn't say which theatre, but maybe the St. James since Frozen left. The puppets in there Lion King are great, but with this I'm getting visions of a show from Disneyland

Here is the thread about it:

As noted above, it's going Off-Broadway, and the material is being licensed from Disney from a different producer. It's not a Disney Theatricals project.

Thanks for posting the thread, and filling me in. I hadn't ever heard of Theatre Row, so I thought that was a saying for one of the areas of Broadway - oops!
I read through the thread (guess I missed that too with the long weekend - another oops) and it makes more sense as a 60 min show like the other posters described

Sorry, I should amend what I said: it does seem that Disney Theatricals is a co-producer on the project, but it looks like Rockefeller is the lead producer, and seemingly spearheaded the project, with Disney handing over the reins like they have for a few of their properties before
