With movie sequel in the works, do you think

This week there's been more talk - this time by Jane Fonda - that the sequel to the movie '9 to 5' is definitely happening, with costars Lily Tomlin and Dolly Parton signed on to recreate their roles, after nearly 20 years. (Dolly Parton first mentioned this was happening six months ago - the project was being developed around the #MeToo movement). They're hoping this will be finished and released for sometime in 2019.

Do you think if this does happen and the sequel gets released sometime next year, a B'way revival of the musical will take shape to tie-in with the movie release? I know the original run was not the hit Parton and the rest were hoping for, but do you think it could be time for another run?

I can't imagine someone putting up $10 million to revive a show that wasn't successful because of a sequel of an almost 40 year old film that will likely be in and out of theaters in 2 or 3 weeks if it ever even gets made which I seriously doubt.

A return of MAMMA MIA would be a more likely candidate than a revival of 9 to 5. Unless it was a one-off reunion concert.
