Based on material alone I would say Mamma Mia.
Complete show: Bombay Dreams.

still waiting to see Dracula...

But I won't live alone in a house of regret.

I'd say Dracula. I saw it in previews and felt like I was watching a synopsis of a story. Nothing was very well-developed and I didn't find any songs particularly memorable.

When you think about it, 'Les Miserables' was like a synopsis of the story compared to the book, but IMO still a great musical. Not that I'm trying to compare 'Dracula' with 'Les Miserables'. I saw 'Dracula' in previews a few days before it opened and then again last night. I don't get what's 'boring' about it. I can understand someone not liking the music or thinking the book is weak, but IMO it's not boring. And it's far from the worse thing on Broadway right now. Which admittedly isn't a ringing endorsement, but I think it's fun and worth seeing. Critics be damned!

The Worst Shows on Broadway, in no specific order:

1) Mamma Mia!: This show is a concert that tries to be a musical. It doesn't work. It only works right now, because Broadway audiences (most, not all) are so damn dumbed down from shows that focus on fun and spectacle more then anything.

2) Movin' Out: Only a step up from Mamma Mia, because of the choreography. But where is the originality of Broadway? What is with the jukebox musical trend?

3) Hairspray: The most overrated show ever, next to Cats. The score is repetive and dull, the show is campy and TOO over-the-top, and any show that has to use comedic voices to make a character funny obviously isn't that good. This needs to leave Broadway. STAT.

I would say Dracula, but I've never seen it. But we do have things to look forward too: BARE and Pacific Overtures!

please don't make me choose - there are just far too many bad shows out there right now....It would be difficult for me to say what's GOOD on Broadway at the moment. probably Hairspray ...and, um...well, until Pacific Overtureres opens, there's nothing else I'd give a nickel to see right now.

"I don't really get the ending, all i can go with is when after several months,Judith saw Pat sang, and later she kissed him on the toilet, after that the story back to where Pat went down from the stage after he'd sung, and he went to the italian lady.I just don't get it,what Judith exatcly meant when he kissed Pat that she had seen, and did Pat end up together with The Italian Lady? Please help me,thank u very much!" Quote from someone on IMDB in reference to a movie he/she didn't understand. Such grammar!

I just hope that everyone voting on "worst show" has at least seen that particular show. Nothing worst than people going by what other people (especially critics) have to say. Personally, Dracula was very good.
