re: Worst show you saw last year?

Worst show I saw last year was Beauty and the Beast starring Christy Romano from Disney..it was terrible..her vocals were okay but she went very flat often and it almost sounded like 2 voices but her acting was good. There were many flaws in the show though, the dancing spoon came out without a spoon on and the beast transformed with his mask lying on the stage...I saw Aida the night b4 starring Deborah Cox and it was amazing so that made Beauty look even worse.

Had we been talking about 2003, I would have said Seussical.

melissa errico IS HOT!

Anyway, the actors were great and Des did an amzing job. The more and more I listened to the score, the more i liked it.

Maybe I am biased because I love the book....but the book of the show wasn't great if you didn't know the novel inside and out - and that's not a good thing for a musical...
"I think Harvey [Fierstein] wishes he were a black woman. I say he's the largest black woman in the show. I wish Harvey were straight, cuz I'd do him in a minute. I like big burly mother f***ers like him." ~Mary Bond Davis on Harvey Fierstein Thanks to Mistress @ spouzic.com

Bombay Dreams was pretty boring, I thought.

I left Dracula entertained. It wasn't a great show by any means. I am not even saying it was GOOD. I was entertained - special effects. Brooklyn on the other hand, nothing entertained me. Nor was anything good about it. I feel bad for the cast. Brooklyn is my pick.

I saw a Knightsbridge Theater production of "Hair" in Pasadena (LA Area).

Some of those people were downright awful! There seemed to be some people with some talent, but overall? Terrible.

In second place, we have Brooklyn.
