Posted: 1/18/08 at 6:07pmOK When I posted earlier, Xanadu had 18 reviews and four and a half stars. Thanks to Ed's great review (Thank's Ed, I know the cast REALLY appreciates it!) you'd think we'd cross over to FIVE stars, right? WRONG! It went down to FOUR stars! Obviously impossible, right? Well I called a lawyer and I'm starting a class action suit against Amazon for defamation of a OBCR. There's a lot of legal talk, but mainly we are going to sue them and force them to admit that XANADU is the best ever! So don't give up! We will FORCE THEM to give Xanadu FIVE STARS like it deserves!

Posted: 1/18/08 at 6:14pmI agree with Wonderrobbie that of Xanadu the album is not going to be as magical as the show, but only a reminder. Too bad it is a mediocre reminder though. Some cast albums are just wonderfully fantastic. The Xanadu album production values are sadly lacking. And even though it might not be true to the show, I wish they had tacked on real endings to some of the songs for the album (Strange Magic ending is so abrupt, and quite frankly-- dumb. And not dumb in the way that Xanadu is suppose to be either).

It is an amazing OBCR, as I've said before neither of us is allowed to keep it in our cars, but rather have to bring it in the house so that if the other has to go somewhere, he gets to take it and play it....
lifeless? Hmmm.....perhaps British food, but definately, DEFINATELY not this cast recording!
