First time Xanadu watcher.
Onstage tickets or row N...which to choose?
If it's your first time see it from the orchestra then if you like it go for the stage seats.

Sit in the house.
You won't miss a thing sitting out there!
Do not sit on stage the first time.
I sat on stage my first time. Just get there early and request the seats closest to the front. I missed absolutely nothing.
Choose the stage seats.. It will be a "hoot". Also, you can boast to your friends that you made your Broadway "stage" debut. from RC in Austin, Texas
I saw the show on-stage for my first time and there is nowhere I would rather sit. The cast truly knows how to act in the Theatre In The Round style.
The first time I saw it, I sat on the stage. It was so fun, even though their backs were to us most of the show. Whenever a character was turned around (back to the audience), he or she would mouth things to the people in the seats or make goofy faces. Also, there were several parts in the show where they would sit alongside audience members - or use them in the songs. The girl next to me got her face pretend painted during a number. They were very accommodating to us on the stage.
Lol! When I saw the show on stage Kerry was getting her sponge for the "All Around The World" number (which was in a holder right in front of me) and while she getting the sponge out she gave me the sexy wink.
And I was sitting next to Mary Testa, and I got to eat the popcorn. I wasn't sure if it was real popcorn at first, but after a few seconds of debating on whether I should or not I finally took some, and it was the best popcorn I have ever had.
yay!!
I checked back and the Roe N was gone so I bought the stage seat. The fact that they interact with the audience is what got me.
Thanks for the tips guys, most appreciated!
