What about Kate2's comment makes her sound like an ass? Maybe she wants to see James Carpinello and as he's temporarily out of the show she wants her money back. She made absolutely no comment in her thread about judging the show.

Sounds like she never should have purchased a ticket to a show she really had no desire to see. Sometimes that happens.
