What timing! I just bought my tickets a few minutes ago for next week. I heard the cd over and over, just can't get enough of it. Can't wait to see Kate Monster in person, and Stephanie D'Abruzzo has one of the sweetest voices I ever heard.
As for my favorite scene, well if I had to pick just one, I'd say I'm most looking forward to "Mix Tape".

Christmas Eve's dress during the wedding nightmare scene is SO hilarious. Her character in general had me cracking up in my seat.

I also love when they do "Give me you money" looking out into the audience, and then run around in the audience trying to get people to give them money. Some guy gave them a dollar when I saw it. lol

You think that's cute: I know someone who walked up to Ann Harada when she was dancing during The Money Song and gave her a stuffed Big Bird with a $5 bill attached to one of its wings!!!

I assume that if audience members give money, the cast donates it to The Actor's Fund or Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.
I bet if they posted a sign indicating that the money would actually go to a real charity, the audience would give a lot!

It's in the Playbill that all the money goes to BCEFA but it's really small print, right next to the "strobe lights and smoke effects are used in this production" warning. But no, it's not so big that the adverage audience member would notice. I gave them five dollars for BCEFA when I saw it (it was winter fundraiser time) and John Tartaglia gave me an "It Sucks to be Me" Button!
