Not to ruin the fun, but this was an a cappella vocal performance that someone with a lot of time on their hands has overlaid with karoake instrumentals for YouTube. There are identical videos with Adele, Taylor Swift, Katy Perry, Justin Bieber (etc.) overlays. ("Mash-up parody" credits at the end of the videos.) Call it what you will, but it's not Ono "covering" anything.

Unfortunately, this performance was not an overlay. You can see at the 1:20 mark, Chuck Berry goes "WTF?"
