Any known? I think it's obvious that Megan Mulally will NOT be casted or Andrea Martin. But anybody have an idea?

Ummm...... neither. Megan has a new TV show & I believe Andrea is in a play.
Besides prior obligations, didn't both ladies leave the production because their pay was going down?
I know Andrea did but I believe Megan had planned to leave before it was decided.
Oops! Just noticed... I knew they weren't
Cast, not casted.
I know Chris Fitzgerald and Beth Leavel are doing Minsky's, but I wonder about Shuler and Roger...I'm sure Fred wouldn't want to do all the traveling...but maybe those two would stay..

I thought that Roger made it very clear that he would never do a Mel Brooks production again?

I would love to see Jon Patrick Walker as Fredrick and Angie Schworer as Inga.
Maybe if he doesn't get another job and needs the money...

Annaleigh Ashford might make a good Inga.
KirbyCat: Where did you hear that about Roger Bart?

I swear I read it from somebody show visited the stage door shortly after the closing announcement was made. When he was asked if he was to do another Brooks show, he said that he would never.
To be honest, I truly cannot remember where I read this or if the source was reliable, but I promise that I read this and wouldn't make it up! (:
I heard this also, you're right :) I just hope it isn't true haha

Really to be brutally honest, I don't blame him. Brooks single-handedly took his job away from him as well as the countless others that were involved with this production. Gotta say, I was in the minority that loved YF, and Roger and the rest of the OBC were fantastic. As much as I would love to see any of them revive their roles on the tour, it'll never happen...

Brooks took his job away from him? Brooks (mistakenly) gave him one of the biggest Broadway roles he's ever had. If you're talking about the show closing, it's kind of ridiculous to blame it on Mel Brooks.
Bart wasn't fired or anything like that. Nobody was. But Brooks infamously told his principle cast that if they wanted to renew their contracts they would have to take a lower wage since the show was losing so much money. Andrea Martin made a big stink about it and quit, as did a couple other cast members.

I know all about that. But Bart wasn't fired.
Besides decreasing their wage, Brooks was also the one that never changed the premium seating which sold for over $300. Brooks also never discounted the tickets during all the crazy economy...he went into the show thinking tickets would always sell, and didn't really seem to change his mind through all the economy.

Well, I don't really mean that the way it sounds... Actually, yeah. My last post does sound pretty stupid. Sorry guys...
But if you do want to get technical, Sillerman also helped a lot to close this show...

You can't blame Mel Brooks for EVERYTHING. Though he is arrogant, the fault for the $480 premium tickets (that were introduced during the run of The Producers) lies with, well, the producers.
...but the economy was also not bad during the producers...however you are right, it isn't all of his fault.
Just so you know, Mel Brooks was also one of the producers
