Good one, Albin! But to actually answer the question, Bill Sykes in Oliver; Jud Fry in Oklahoma. I'd like to say the Compt de Valmont in Les Liaisons Dangereuse, but that's not a musical.
Also, Gaston in Beauty & The Beast.
