i doubt it..it was just revived not too long ago with Anthony Rapp, B.D. Wong and Cheno (who walked away with a Tony), so I don't see the point of anyone mounting this one on the Great White Way with that production still fresh on everyone's minds.

It was just here 5 years ago and flopped badly (it only ran for four months), so no it won't be back any time soon (if ever again).

I must say how much I adore 'My New Philosophy'

Don't forget Roger Bart, who also won a Tony.

I love listening to the New Broadway Cast Recording of "You're" AGMCB.

It's such an awsome silly fun soundtrack to listen to.

I adore the recording. It's so fun! This is my happy mood CD.
I'd love to see it on Broadway again, but let's face it, that won't be happening for awhile longer...

I love Snoopy when he goes from...
"Little Friends, come to cheer me.
Every day, sitting here, on my stomach,
:-/ With their sharp little claws, Which are usually cold, and occasionally painful, and sometimes there are SO MANY OF THEM!
THAT I CAN HARDLY STAND IT! RATS!......I feel every now and then that I gotta bite someone! I know every now and then what I wanna BEEE!!!! A FIERCE JUNGLE ANIMAL CROUCHED ON THE LIMB OF A TREE!!!!!"
That is so much fun to sing, I really get into it. I can't help it.

It's a cute show. I saw it in a regional production in LA about two years ago. I loved "Beethoven Day" - because the Schroeder that was cast was pretty easy on the eyes.

I thought the show was sooo cute. We had first row seats when we went.
Don't forget Roger Bart got his Tony in that show for playing Snoopy.

I want to see the real one. I saw a local performance and it didn't have Sally in it. Still cute, but I wanted to see someone play Sally.

i saw a local performance as well ( it was mostly kids who played in it, but very very talented kids) and the girl who played sally sounded almost exactly like cheno. Ive seen her in a few local things and she really does sound like her. Its amazing.

It was a wonderful show! I had tickets but it closed a few days before. I was Lucy in my school's production a few years ago. Even though it has no plot what could be more fun?

xoxfranksterxox where did you see the show? I played Sally so I was just wondering. It is one of the most fun parts that I have ever played!

The original cast had Patty instead of Sally, Sally replaced Patty in the revival version.

NoDay, do you want the original with Patty or the one with Cheno as Sally? The OBCR is a little harder to find but the newer one SHOULD be at local stores, otherwise try Amazon.

We need a good new version where:
Patty and Marcy have a lesbian relationship (Birkenstocks and all).
Schroeder and Franklin do it on the 88s.
Charlie Brown likes to do it doggy-style (no, not necessarily with Snoopy)

That reminds me of a Roger Bart interview...
"I was gay Snoopy," he grins. "That was cutting edge. I had a very special relationship with Linus."

I like the newer version better personally. Sally is a little bit of a better character, and 'My new Philosophy" is a great song. Roger Bart is also amazing. They're both good though.

I agree, the revival is better. Not only the singing, but also the music. The music on the OBC sounds far away, and I swear, all they have is a piano in the beginning.
