and although I thought she had landed in the wrong thread, I understood EVERY WORD Flowery wrote...I think we went to Jr High together in another life

oh, and Eddie Varley, it's phrases like "Marc's greatest gift is that he IS BEING HIMSELF HERE" that get their panties in a twist...it's not a gift for anyone to be themselves, and I don't think I am "gifting" anyone with my "self"

I'm just a funny fat fairy with too much time on my hands every few weeks....sorta like YOU!

all I did in Jr. High was work up 5 part harmonies that my girl friends couldn't hear or sing, and sit at the piano in the auditorium playing the R&B pop songs of the day, hoping the black kids walking by would hear and know I was cool

the second and third "S"s refer to Second Soprano.
Hence why there is no space between them.

I'm just impressed that he was writing for all 5 parts at an early age. That's a lot to be juggling/blending.

I wrote a few very brief ditties for our Senior Skit...and adapted some tunes for other events. Very Very Very basic two part or a poor 3-part. My mother was always shaking her head and correcting me. She who could sight read anything and sing harmony at the drop of the hat working with a seriously stressed not musically gifted teenager (where's my therapist!)

My "gift" to the world of entertainment is to be a devoted audience member.

oh, I did arrangements of Diana Ross' "Touch Me InThe Morning" and Chicago's "Color My Wolrd" for chorus that were a tad ambitious, but I was possessed by harmony

Just watched SNL 25 a few nights ago, Matt_G. I had to pay tribute somehow.

Marc -- I was merely implying that even YOU eat, sh*t, and sleep. Well, I would hope you at least do one of those things. In any event, I wasn't insulting you. I just find it amusing people pay such a tribute to you. I have no doubt you are amazingly gifted/talented/etc. but I do not know you personally, so I don't judge either way. I have no intention to use my posts as insults towards the members here. Merely making a joke.

Also, I wasn't saying you ate sh*t. But if you did, I am not taking on the responsibility to care.

I really wish I had more time to post on the message boards here but *cues violin concerto* my job doesn't allow such things.

I hope this clears up anything which was misunderstood. Good afternoon everyone.
