Rachel York's CD is the best, I think.

i love Liz Callaway's "The Story Goes On" a LOT.
and Julia Murney's is fabulous :)

Billy Porter, hands down, my favorite. I also love Matt Caplan's original music. They're very different performers and types of music but both are excellent in their non-theatre work.
