Rachel York's CD is the best, I think.
Susan Egan's two CDs are a mixed bag. I like some songs, others I always skip.

i love Liz Callaway's "The Story Goes On" a LOT.
and Julia Murney's is fabulous :)
i also love Audra McDonald's "How Glory Goes".
