I'm looking at seating on the far sides of the Orchestra at the Winter Garden theatre and was wondering which seats would be the best/least obstructed? The Winter Garden seems to be amongst the largest on Broadway so now sure how far back would be the most ideal. Thanks all!
Orchestra row V (last row) seats 18-20
Orchestra Right row P (far right) seats 42-44
Orchestra Right row K (far right) 30-32
Orchestra right row D (far right) seats 18-20
Orchestra Left row L (far left) seats 30-32
Orchestra Left row G (far left) seats 23-25
Orchestra left row D (far left) seats 17-19

Is the question for attending a particular production?

If this is for Beetlejuice, as someone who has sat both far right and far left, go with far right.
You miss a lot more sitting left in my opinion:
Not limited to, just off the top of my head:
• Any time the Sandworm enters
• A few character entries (I remember not seeing Adam or Betelgeuse at all for the first half of "Ready, Set, Not Yet"![]()
• Any time someone enters/leaves the house, since the door is located right/orchestra left
• Good chunk of choreography in That Beautiful Sound
As opposed to if you sit far right, you might just not see a person talking for a few seconds, or when they stand on the dinner table. (And Barbara's "jugs"![]()

IMO the Winter Garden has far too many bad seats because its sides are so wide. Far side seats need to be further back to not be frustrating. Personally, I would go with V. They will be more than decent seats.
IMO K and L are much too far to the side that close to the stage. Most heatres don't even have seats numbered 30 and 32. No theatre but the Winter Garden would have a 42...much too far on the side. I would rule out the D seats because IMO the perspective will be awful. One of the most frustrating performances I ever saw was Tommy from the 4th row extreme side of the St. James theatre...the seat numbers were in the low teens.

I would think it may be a little hard to answer this question until the show opens. JMO
