Answer Me from The Band's Visit has literally brought me down from an anxiety attack before. I'm sure there are infinite more, but this was my first thought.

i'm not trying to be a jerk but isn't that song about the symptoms of extreme anxiety?
Kristoff's Lullaby from Frozen, and Hold On from The Secret Garden (but Jessica Vosk's version is incredible)

I listen sometimes when i am fustrated
"You Walk With Me" from The Full Monty
"Sleepy Man" from Robber Bridegroom
"By My Side" or "On the Willows" from Godspell
"They Were You" from The Fantasticks
"Lazy Afternoon" from The Golden Apple
...and so many more, but I don't want to completely hijack this thread :)
There is no Other Way and Poems from Pacific Overtures
I always found a lot of songs from Cinderella calming. Ten Minutes Ago, There is Music in You, Prologue, etc.
I always find "Our Time" calming. Just because it;s so optimistic and such a gentle melody. One of Sondheim's best.

I'll add another "Band's Visit" song. I find the beautiful melody of "Omar Sharif" very calming.

"Seeing You" from Groundhog Day is the first thing that popped into my head. Also the finale of "Natasha, Pierre, and the Great Comet of 1812" is quite beautiful and peaceful.
My first thought was Answer Me (The Band’s Visit), but I see someone else was first with their first thought!

"No One Is Alone" - Into the Woods
"Time Stops" from Big Fish
"There Will Be a Miracle" from See What I Wanna See
"I Cannot Hear the City" from Sweet Smell of Success
not quite Broadway, but close:
"Think of the Moon", sung by Brian d'Arcy James on Over the Moon: The Broadway Lullaby Album
"All Things in Time" by Jason Robert Brown

"Lay Down Your Head" Violet
"Home for You" Bat Boy
"Solla Sollew" Seussical
"Son is Gonna Shine" Bright Star
"Welcome to the World" A Man of No Importance
The last two are less "I can sleep to this!" calming and more "It's going to be okay...and if it isn't, I'm going to be okay!"

It's off-Broadway but the first song that came to mind for me is William Finn's I'd Rather Be Sailing from A New Brain.
