Pretty good. You'll be far, but you won't be cut off from anything as long as you're not all the way on the side.
Yesterday I lost lotto but they sold Partial view balcony seats for 24 dollars and it was Balcony Right (seats 2 and 4) in row A. It was a great seat, you just have to lean forward.
Do they always have partial view balcony the day of?
Be careful with leaning over though, it's really annoying for the people behind you.

Yeah, I was in the Mezz Row G, the lady behind me kept saying she couldn't see when I leaned forward, but honestly, that was the most comfortable way for me to sit.
And I went to check out the balcony, but I couldn't even find the stairs going up there, I was so lost/confused.
You have to take the elevator to the balcony.
No, there are stairs in the mezz going up there.
Well I took the stairs all the way until it ended, thinking I was at the balcony. And the usher said "you're in the mezz, you need to take the elevator to the balcony."

They have some bizarre ushers there (is Destiny still working there?). It would of course be against fire code regulations to not have stairs going to the balcony.
That's true, but where are the stairs? lol.
I was leaning forward and the people behind me didn't say anything. I assume they could see. I didn't lean forward too much, some people next to me were practically falling off their seat because they were so far forward.
Trust me, it's hard for them to see behind you. Especially for the ones who completely lean on the railing. I was in third row balcony, and it was really frustrating to see with them leaning over. I didn't say anything to them, but it's super annoying.

I bought balcony seats in Row H on the left side...are these really bad?
Shouldn't balcony seats at West Side Story put you right on the stage?

keith2, he is referring to the VERY famous Balcony scene in Act 1.
Yeah, I was in the Mezz Row G, the lady behind me kept saying she couldn't see when I leaned forward, but honestly, that was the most comfortable way for me to sit.
Rentboy, didn't we go over this with you already in another thread?
She KEPT saying she couldn't see and you rudely ignored her repeated requests to sit back in your seat? If I were the woman behind you, I would have said that you could continue lean forward only if you refunded my ticket cost. Otherwise, I would yank you back in your seat myself.
How many people are going to have to ask you to stop blocking their view before you get it? Your personal comfort is NOT more important than everyone getting to see the show without your big empty head in the way.

Just ignore him. He's one of our more boneheaded members.
This is a weird question...but, does anyone have a picture of the curtain or the view for the show from the balcony?
No, because that would be illegal.
Well, someone might. Y'never know.
