Hi folks...going to New York in April and have already bought 3 shows at full price and can't afford to buy everything at full price. If anyone has discount coders for Dear Evan Hansen, War Paint, and Natasha, Pierre...I would really appreciate it sooooo much! Thanks in advance from a theater fan on a budget:)

Dear Evan Hansen I dare say won't have any, their selling out fairly well. The Great Comet has one from Jan-March, perhaps there will be another one to replace it? And War Paint we'll have to wait till opening night to get an idea of how well their selling, if by 2-3 weeks of previews in and they have low ticket sales, I would expect a code soon after opening night.
Sorry I couldn't provide an actual code to help ya out, but I think Great Comet would be your best bet.

Anytime I've checked Ticketmaster for War Paint there have been literally hundreds of empty seats available for every performance I searched. Of course, sales may pick up after the New Year but if things don't get much, much better, I can't imagine them not putting discounts out there.

Try to get on the telecharge mailing list as they normally mail out promotional flyers with discount codes to upcoming new shows. I received one for Dear Evan Hansen but sadly no promo code. :/
Do you know anyone who has access to plum benefits? I see Miss Saigon (from $39) and War Paint (from $81) on there.

neonlights is right. Sorry about that. I quickly looked and just wrote the lowest prices I found. It's a website and I didn't see discount codes on there but you buy the ticket through them and then pick it up at will call.
I'd try to do rush when you're here in NYC to see those shows.
My usual tactic on watching Bway since I live here in NYC is to see the show first via rush/lottery/SRO so it's affordable (less than $50). If I loved the show, then I'll see it again paying full price (never premium) or TKTS price at the seat that I want to sit in.

Thanks Wick, I like to get all my tickets in advance cause I no longer live in NYC and I like to make sure I will have good tickets for all the shows I want to see...if I lived there still I would also be doing rush and lotteries etc, but that is a risk I no longer like to take since i have limited time and so many shows on my list. One last question...any idea on how to get on Telecharge's mailing list for flyers and promo codes. Checking out their site but don't see anything...thanks again!

I got on just for buying a few tickets within a 2-3 week timeframe and they were all from Telecharge. However I know that's not really a feasible or very affordable option. Perhaps creating an account if you don't have one already?

I think you're part of the mailing list after you buy a ticket from them? I'm not 100% sure alessio2. I understand your point though about having the tickets on hand already since you'll be here on vacation. Two friends are visiting me next weekend and really want to see Oh Hello and Dear Evan Hansen. I told them Oh Hello has been on TKTS every day yet they still bought their tickets in advance. DEH is sold out so that means we'll be lining up for SRO next weekend.
Good luck though and if I see any discount codes for these, I'll let you know. Thus far, I haven't seen any though.

War Paint seems to be having the same problem as Sunset Boulevard - besides some (who I assume are) dedicated fans buying prime orchestra seats, nothing else is moving/appealing to a wider audience yet. I would expect a discount code before previews start?
