I was excited to see a preview last night and this show is way more than I had expected. To work with such a talented, young cast who can dance contemporary and martial arts is a tricky challenge. The space is also amazing but very difficult to master, it plays to a 3 sided audience which works well in this 80 foot space.  The combination of song, movement, visual projection and timing is truly beautiful, There are some amazingly, poetic moments and all this connected with this magical story inspired by an old chinese tale. 

Well done to the creative team, this is exciting new immersive work for New York.

Ill watch this over a standard broadway show any night of the week.

Amazing how she says she saw a preview just last night, but two days ago she wrote a post about how great the show is in the space.

Well, considering she’s involved with the production, she can probably see the show as many times as she wants!
