Is there a bigger patter song than "I'm not getting married today"?
I know the Millie folks will say that Trevor's song is faster...but it's much easier since he's got paper in his hands while he's singing it.
I'd also say a lot of the Tobias stuff in Sweeney is very tricky. Any other really tricky patter (or is it padder) songs?

Which, I believe, is actually the song from which "The Speed Test" in Millie is derived.
"I know the Millie folks will say that Trevor's song is faster...but it's much easier since he's got paper in his hands while he's singing it."
I would assume that the actor playing Trevor has the words pretty well memorized to be going at that speed. Doubtful that having it on paper would be much help since one can only read so fast.
"I wash my face, then drink beer, then I weep. Say a prayer and induce insincere self-abuse, till I'm fast asleep"- In Trousers
"The Speed Test" uses the melody from "My Eyes are Fully Open" from Ruddigore, which was also interpolated into the 1981 Pirates of Penzance.
Here are a few more:
"Words Words Words" from The Witches of Eastwick
"'Erbie Fitch's Twitch" from Redhead
"Both Sides of the Coin" from The Mystery of Edwin Drood
"Vegetable Reggie" from Charlotte Sweet
"Who'll Buy?" from Lost in the Stars
"Tchaikovsky" from Lady in the Dark

Not exactly a full song, but Dot's last few lines in 'Sunday in the Park with George' from SITPWG are extremely fast.
Aside from that (and another Sondheim), I've always been impressed with 'Please Hello' from Pacific Overtures.
What about Therapy from tick, tick... BOOM!?

...the gun, the gun, the gun...(This portion of 'We Both Reached for the Gun' goes so fast...16 times)
"Fast" from "Zanna, Don't!". I think the title says it all.
speed test
ya got trouble
parts of- both reached for the gun
you cant stop the beat
closed for renovations
The "Museum Song" from Barnum is pretty fast, but I'll bet one of the Gilbert and Sullivan patter songs beats 'em all.
Some of these songs contain only fast parts, not necessarily present throughout the whole song:
"Mr. Goldstone" - Gypsy
"We Both Reached for the Gun" - Chicago
"The Speed Test" - Thoroughly Modern Millie
"What is Urinetown" - Urinetown
"Why Did I Listen to That Man" - Urinetown
"Cop Song" - Urinetown
"We Can Do It" - The Producers
"Mein Herr" (towards the end) - Cabaret
"Closed For Renovation" - Little Shop of Horrors
"Me and My Baby" - Chicago

Not the whole song, but the end of King of Broadway from The Producers. If I remember, there's sixteen consecutive rhymes. I was watching a video clip of the song (a legal one) and Nathan Lane had to take a huge breath halfway through...it's a mouthful.
"we open in venice" from kiss me kate gets really fast
