If You Hadn't But You Did is def tricky as is Peter Rabbit ( @ times) But the KILLER Gilbert & Sullivan is "The Nightmare Song" from Iolanthe. I use it as my definiative "drunk" test. If I can still say it intelligibly- I ain't drunk enuf! (lol)

I can't remember if this was mentioned (I checked, I might have missed it), but "Office Life" from Amour is pretty fast.
pirates of penzance: i am the very model of a modern major general, how beautifully blue the sky, when you left our pirate fold.... and there was another one. a lot of the songs on that recording are wicked fast.
