I second Pageant, fun show, but my favoirte is 1940's Radio Hour, i am in love with the music, and i swear i will direct that show some day.

I will definitely agree with VIOLET and 1940s RADIO HOUR (the latter simply just for the music). Another one I actually like when it is done well is TWO BY TWO (although in the wrong hands it can be dreadful).

I adore John & Jen! I listen to it all the time, and no one ever knows it!
I wish I could have seen what Michele Pawk did with the role.
I also really like Lady In The Dark.

"Do you know what pledge time is, Andrew"? said the PBS Executive.
"Yes", Lloyd Webber replied. "My 50th birthday special must be one program that gets done a lot."
"No", mused the man from PBS heedlessy. "Not so much. Our Stephen Sondheim Carnegie Hall concert. That's a big one."
Spoons, forks and knives seemed suddenly to suspend their motion in horror, all around the table.

I saw "Blood Brothers" in London and it was god awful.

A New Brain gets my vote.
Violet is a horrendous piece of Sh!t.

i totally second romeo et juillette..omg!! how much do i love "aimer"!!! my voice teacher (an AMAZING french-canadian baritone...if you're from montreal you've probably heard of him) and i did a duet of it and it was so awesome!!
but i'd also have to add "tick, tick...boom!" even though it's pretty well-known for folks on this board..outside it really isn't.
and "danny and sylvia" SO great!!!!
