Honestly? I can see why. A while back I had ordered TWO CDs from them. I only wanted them both, but apparently they "could only get one". Yet I received NO notification of it and when I looked again this weekend (supposedly their "last day" that particular CD was still being sold on the site, yet the person I talked with said "Yeah, if it didn't come, we don't have it and won't."
Then it shouldn't have been listed as available for sale and at the very least you should have sent an email or not explaining this.
With "customer service" like that, no wonder they're going out of business.

They must be the rudest sales staff in the world. Never once have I heard anyone say a good thing about them. Yes, to me, and 1000s of others, it was the greatest music shop in the world, and I've been to most, but the sales staff were enough to put the fear of God into you.
Sorry its going but the staff didn't help!

Yeah, I remember when the same could be said about Dress Circle as well. I haven't been to either in years, but I do remember the level of customer service often depended on the day of the week and who was staffed at the time. I've had wonderful and horrific experiences at both.
