Hi, having travelled over from the UK to see the first [tos] performance on Broadway, I was hoping to get over again for the last one (boo to it closing). Unfortunately, my employer has had to shut down for a couple of months due to the credit crunch, so there's no way now I can find the $1200 it will cost in hotel and flights *sniff*
Which means I have a spare ticket (which I can e-mail to someone else as it's a PDF). It's FOURTH ROW from the stage, albeit quite far out to the wing.
I'm looking for someone who can (a) definitely get to NYC for the performance at 7.30pm this Sunday, (b) legitimately can't afford a ticket themselves (as they're still on sale) through being a penniless student or whatever, and (c) can stagedoor for me to get some signatures (particularly Jeff and Hunter, as I missed getting theirs when I was over) on a Playbill.
I'm sure the ushers would let you nab an extra Playbill if you explained (and wanted one yourself) and it should cost you less than three bucks to mail it to me in the UK. In exchange, you get a sparkly fourth row seat that I paid full price ($111) for.
Send me one of them Private Message things if you're interested. Ta x

I just sent u a PM I'd be interested in the ticket.
Coolkid, you've already got a ticket. Give someone else a chance at it.
I pm'd you but I'm going to assume that teh ticket is already claimed.
I PM'd you also.
You should make it a contest. Best essay or something.

If it were a contest for "most deserving", coolkid11776 would lose.

What's that supposed to mean?
The reason I PM'd lightguy for the ticket is bc my friend really wants to go but can't afford the ticket so If lightguy gave me the ticket I would give it to my friend.
Aw, man. STILL haven't seen it. Oh, well.

Well your first problem would be that you PM'd lightguy for the ticket...
What's that supposed to mean?

Sorry for the delayed response folks, have been away from my computer. I did a forum search for usernames and [tos] just to check there was no vampires applying. Anyone saying they won some closing night tickets that they plan to sell on eBay naturally loses points! Was doing first come first served anyway, to be fair, and as it happens, the person who messaged me first also has the most [tos]-love posts of anyone who applied. Unless they no longer want the ticket, it's now taken. Sorry to all those who missed out. Hope you can still make it to closing night somehow (Telecharge still have orchestra seats if you can rustle up the cash). Cheers.

You guys are all assholes. Get the sticks out of your asses and leave coolkid alone. If you don't like what he says, don't read it. I should practice what I preach and stop letting your douchbaggery affect me, but enough is enough.
