She doesn't deserve it. I love her and everything... but Idina is the show to me.

i find it odd that she'll be out during that time since thats right after the tony nominations come out, and won't the voters be going to shows during this time.

Who knows? It's true-Kristin will be gone May 3-9. Nominations come out May 10. She doesn't seem to be picking her absences conveniently...

It's to bad that KC isn't going on in wicked. When i see it, I REALLY hope that Idina will be in, as for KC, i would love to see her in the role. But, Ms. Bundy sounds excellent too!

chances are, idina will be performing when you see it, she hasnt missed a show yet.
and yes it does seems really, really strange that KC will be gone right before noms come out- downright weird, of all times to be gone, and it is scheduled, so we know it isnt a routine neck problem i guess.

Honestly, I don't Kristin cares about a Tony-- she has one... and perfect attendance isn't a requirement to get an award.. only a certificate in elementary school....

While its sad, I think its safe to say that Kristin has "checked out" of Wicked and is ready to move on to something else.

While I do love Idina, I can't wait till she's out and gives Eden a chance to go on.

I still crack up at the pompous "Laura Bell Bundy will be the star replacement for Kristen Chenowith" line on Bundy's website....

I'm no resident expert by any means, but from what I understand, it really can affect it. Case in point--Bernadette...I've read several articles that suggest that her constant absenses hurt her chances of winning the Tony for Mama Rose.
