Anyone know if there is an album for it? Anyone have any information on it?

Hedwig and the Angry Inch
both the original cast recording and movie soundtrack are available on Amazon
It might also help if you look for Hedwig & the Angry Inch, since that's what it's actually called.
I think he meant "Hedgehog and the Angry Witch."
It's a children's show, no?
ANGRY ITCH. lmao.
What does he have, pubic lice?

you know what though, this poster is not the first person to make that mistake. I've heard people who are supposed fans of the show call it the same thing. It does make it sound a little std-ish tho, lol
It's been a problem since the beginning. They joked about it in the movie when Phyllis Stein is only the phone saying "Hedwig and the Angry Inch. No, Inch, Inch, not itch!"

Can't you people be nice? Hedwig and the Angry Itch is the forthcoming SEQUEL. Hedwig is laid up in the hospital with a terrible urinary tract infection and to distract herself from scratching, tells the attending male nurse (Played by a woman in drag) how things went with Tommy after their reconciliation. The songs take the shape of her hallucinations and include a beautiful tribute to the wonders of cranberry juice, and a defiant anthem to her transexualism called "It Hurts When I Pee."
B-Boy I am sure they will record it once the show gets staged. Bryan has the petition to get it released circulating already.
Hangnail and the Ugly Grinch? Wasn't that a Choose Your Own Adventure? Boy, they really will turn anything into a Broadway musical nowadays.

I think its a pretty good show, I love the music.
The alternative title sounds like something for Forbidden Broadway
It's a terrific, and ACTUALLY edgy, show with a REAL rock score (not pop masquerading as "edgy" rock.) It's also beautiful and heartbreaking. Buy the movie, it's one of the best screen translations ever.
Agree, totally, Born to Reign !! They did an amazing job with the movie !! "Hedwig" will always be my fave show.... on or off broadway ! The score is AMAZING !!!!

Have you ever listened to much early rock? It is far less edgy and sounds much more like pop. Rock does not necessarily mean "edgy".

He put "edgy" in quotation marks. I think he meant that people tend to call some shows with rock-ish scores edgy, when they really aren't.
There was a great production of "Hedwig" at Signature Theatre here in Arlington VA a few years ago. (Signature is current getting lots of attention for "The Witches of Eastwick".)
