The MTI pilot productions tend to have a lot of funding. It's not all that shocking.

Yeah, okay. They obviously have a ridiculous budget.

I do not go to this high school i don't even live in that state i'm not even in high school i'm only in the eighth grade . I was just amazed you don't usualy see highschools with that big of a budget.
if it's a PERFORMING ARTS HIGH SCHOOL, then yes you do.
I can't believe there are 8th graders on this board...
Just because its a performance art high school that means nothing when it comes to budget.I know many of them which have to do things on the cheap.
I can't believe there are 8th graders on this board that know about budgets.
Pipin i love that pic (i miss the Comeback)
And how old is 8th grade?

I don't know how MTI picks producing organizations for their pilot programs, but when the Rodgers and Hammerstein Organization was choosing schools for the pilot of Phantom they tried to pick several organizations that represented different venues and budgets in order to get a cross-sampling of what could and could not be done on a variety of budgets and in a variety of spaces.
