Nope. Unfortunately, Disney loves to create many 'firsts' and Disney Theatricals have confirmed that they will have a 'first' with their upcoming Broadway musical adaption of THE LITTLE MERMAID by not releasing a cast recording. They are going to permit the audience to make their own audio recordings during performances, which they hope will help cut costs in any additional promotion of the show and provide audiences their own opportunity to capture the show on their own dime.

What BrodyFosse said is true. This is the second time they've done this! Have you seen a Mary Poppins Original BROADWAY Cast Recording?
Also, people under the age of 14 aren't allowed in the theatre where it is playing.
