ok i was on broadway.com a while back and heard there was going to be a legally blonde musical....laughing to myself i thought that would be pretty corny but then i looked at my walls...i have a wicked pster and a legally blonde 2 poster and i was just like WOW kristin....wouldnt kristin make a fabolous elle? i mean as corny as a legally blonde musical would be kristin would be awesome in it

why?...i mean in the movie Reese Witherspoon was still a little too "old" but she made it work. and theatre is more flexible anyway.

xluckystar2107x, she was offered the role but no one knows if she took it or not. It was RUMORED she didnt. She wont do it anyway since she has like 4 movies, 2 concerts, 4 upcoming Broadway musicals, and a lot more. Take a chill pill. Updated On: 7/26/04 at 01:31 PM

I think it's wise she turned it down. She would basically kind of be playing the same character she was before. I'm sure she wants to show some versatility. The last thing she needs is to be playing the same character over and over.

If You JUST thought of this NOW it's going to be a BIG suprise to Jerry Mitchell and the rest of the creative team when they find out how much money they owe you ! :) CRAZY!
And yes it has been discussed to DEATH. She hasn't officially turned it down. She has said there would be no plans made till she could consult with whoever was chosen to write the book. SHe is commited to Alice in Wonderland right now.

Lighten up folks...this poster is new and probably didn't know this topic has been discussed so much.

Yes, Kristin WAS offered the role, but no one knows whether or not she took it. She has so much going on in the next few years though, I highly doubt she would have the time.

why is it so difficult for people to understand that "elle" and galinda are practically the same age? if she wasn't too old for galinda, shes not too old for elle, who in fact, has graduated law school and is therefore older than galinda.
