I have to agree with everyone here who mentioned Deven May in ANY song from Bat Boy.
I'd also like to actually witness Kerry Butler singing "Mama I'm a Big Girl Now" from Hairspray because she sounds SO cute on the recording and I'd LOVE to actually see her do it because that must be ten times cuter than just hearing it.

I would have to say that I really wish I could have seen Lee Wilkof and Ellen Greene perform "Suddenly, Seymour" in the original "LSoH".
I'd also really love to see Stephanie Mills perform "Home" from "The Wiz".
