On Broadway, it was Company, December 22.
Technically, though, the very last show I saw was "Salon de Belleza", on December 30.

White Christmas at Circa 21 in Rock Island, IL.
It's professional, but not all that well known.
The last well-known show I saw in 2006 was "Wicked" in Chicago.
